Update on Mexico’s SAT Changes to Compliance Requirements The Mexico SAT is paving the way for a bigger overhaul to its requirements when it releases 14 new “complementos” to the current data set. Recent web sessions by the tax authority have proposed formal release dates set to take this summer. This began with a foreign trade transaction update due in January 2017 followed by the most recent announcement of changes in its e-invoicing, payroll receipts (nomina) and payment receipt (comprobantes de pago) processes.
