Invoiceware Hybrid Cloud for SAP for Chile DTE Guarantees ERP Configuration, Libros Reports and Government Connectivity are Implemented by November 1, 2014 Deadlines
ATLANTA, April 1, 2014 -- Amid new regulations by Chile to standardize and automate business-to-business invoice transactions, Invoiceware International, the largest Hybrid Cloud provider in Latin America, today announced the release of a FastTrack deployment of their SAP Hybrid Cloud Service for Chile. Turnkey implementation includes fixed price deployment and a guaranteed testing slot before the November 1, 2014 deadline.
Chile's taxing authority, the Servicio de Impuestos Internos, announced in February that all commercial invoice transactions sent by companies earning more than 100,000 (UF) Unidad de Fomento annually must be submitted to the authority in a standard electronic format for approval effective November 1, 2014.
"Invoiceware International's SAP Hybrid Cloud Service for Chile is the only solution in the market that solves the end to end problem of SAP configuration issues, the DTE web service connections, and the Libros report generation," said Scott Lewin, President & CEO of Invoiceware International. "The alternative is to partner with two or three different vendors which will leave organizations with day-to-day support issues and annual change management projects."
"With the deadlines soon approaching, we are encouraging organizations to start their solution evaluations now. Our experience with similar mandates in Brazil, Mexico and Argentina, shows that if you wait until the last minute you risk not meeting the deadlines," said Mr. Lewin. "With a November 1 mandate, this means that December invoicing would be affected. And, no one wants year-end fiscal issues, especially public multinationals."
Invoiceware's SAP Hybrid Cloud E-Invoicing Service for Chile provides:
- Turn-key E-Invoicing Platform & SAP Engines: Invoiceware eliminates the configuration issues that are often the biggest hurdle during a migration from paper to electronic. For Chile this includes: folio management, signature management, automated contingency, Libros report extract programs, DTE determination, integration of SII web services and status messages.
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Best Practices: The new legislation affects receivables and payables processes. Invoiceware packages both into a single deployment to ensure full compliance.
- Multilingual Project Management: The DTE and Libros transition requires adjustments to the SAP system, logistics processes, and end customer integration; global organizations require implementation teams to speak both Spanish and English.
- Guaranteed Compliance: As with all rollouts of government-mandated electronic invoicing, companies can expect additional changes and adjustments. Invoiceware guarantees upgrades as part of its ongoing service, so that multinationals won't find themselves in these fire drills every year.
