Latin America Business Network releases packaged integration with leading payroll solutions to maintain compliance with 2014 Mexico Nomina Electronica mandates
Atlanta, Georgia – Invoiceware International has enhanced its Latin America Business Network to manage Mexico’s processes for CFDI certification of payroll receipts. Invoiceware International designed this service to be a simple extension of the most common payroll systems including, SAP®, ADP® and Meta4© Payroll solutions.
Compliance is complicated to maintain, and the expansion into the Human Resource area is one of many steps. In addition to the new payroll requirements, compliance in Mexico now spans multiple business processes including account receivables, outbound shipping, use of 3rd party logistics providers, account payables, and tax reporting.
As of January 1, 2014 Mexico was the first country in Latin America to implement electronic registration for payroll receipts. Other Latin America countries are quickly following suit. With the introduction of eSocial, Brazil will begin a much more comprehensive suite of Human Resource requirements that will also include payroll registration.
“Legislation in Latin America is constantly changing and multinationals need to take a regional outlook when approaching compliance. Requirements will continue to expand across business processes and you need to work with companies that can help you meet these challenges across multiple countries,” said Scott Lewin, President & CEO of Invoiceware International. “As the largest provider of compliance services for multinationals across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina and Chile, we maintain our commitment to simplify these issues throughout the region, which is why over 250 of the Global 2000 have chosen to work with our solutions and team.”
