Regional compliance solution provides Airbus Helicopters’ subsidiary complete compliance with Brazil’s latest e-invoicing processes

Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) February 09, 2015

Invoiceware International, the leading Latin American compliance solution, announced today that Helibras, a subsidiary of Airbus Helicopters, will utilize Invoiceware’s Hybrid Cloud solutions to meet the latest regulation requirements in Brazil. Brazil’s NFe version 3.10, the largest change to Nota Fiscal (NFe) since 2010, requires companies to update their systems for issuing e-invoices by March 2015. This expansion of Helibras’ partnership with Invoiceware is based on the time and cost efficiencies the company has realized with its previous compliance initiatives across Brazil.

“In searching for a solution that would streamline our processes, we knew we needed a partner with proven accountability to eliminate the task of constantly monitoring regulation deadlines,” said Eder Ramos, Accounting Manager, Helibras. “With Invoiceware, we’ve seen a qualitative increase in our productivity and become much more efficient, with the ability to share information seamlessly across the organization.”

Since 2012, Invoiceware has implemented electronic compliance processes for Helibras for goods, services, and commercial transport documents in Brazil. Helibras chose to expand their compliance solution with Invoiceware after experiencing a 50 percent reduction in time spent processing invoices internally. Since the partnership began, Invoiceware International has implemented the following solutions for Helibras:

  • Nota Fiscal for Goods (NFe): In 2012, Invoiceware began deploying electronic invoicing processes to meet Brazil’s 2012 regulation regarding electronic invoices for the sale of goods. Each month, Helibras processes approximately 1,000 e-invoicing transactions through Invoiceware’s Latin American Business Network.
  • Commercial Transport Documents (CTe): In August 2013, Invoiceware implemented electronic transfer of transportation documents in order to meet Brazil’s December 2013 deadline for the collection and validation of these records. Invoiceware facilitates 700 CTe’s on average each month for Helibras.
  • Nota Fiscal for Services (NFSe): In June 2014, Invoiceware completed nota fiscal for services compliance for Helibras in order to meet Brazil’s electronic invoice requirements for services, a complex regulation since each city can have different systems and information requirements.
